We process your data to operate and improve the Service. While we take reasonable measures to safeguard data, you are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data.
Support is provided on a commercially reasonable basis. Response times and channels may vary by plan and availability.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of our Terms, suspected abuse, security risks, non-payment, or operational needs. We may refuse service where legally required or where providing service is impractical.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OBJX AI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND LIMITS LIABILITY AS DESCRIBED IN THE TERMS OF SERVICE, INCLUDING FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR OTHER INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, EVEN IF CAUSED BY OUR ACTS OR OMISSIONS.
